Nodwin said it acquired the company for its expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and agency activations that can help it form new partnerships with creators and brands. It also plans to strengthen Trinity’s portfolio in emerging markets like Southeast Asia, Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East. “Trinity’s deep understanding of India’s gaming creator ecosystem, coupled with their expertise in brand partnerships, agency activations, content creation, and community engagement, will be pivotal in further strengthening our footprint in the region," said Nodwin CEO and co-founder Akshat Rathee.

According to a release, the deal to acquire Trinity Gaming is valued at $2.8 million. The acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Trinity will be a combination of a secondary sale as well as a stock swap of Nodwin Gaming shares for a total consideration of up to $2.8 million.
