NODWIN Gaming has invested €8m in Freaks 4U Gaming GmbH. The conversion of a convertible loan agreement, initiated on December 27, 2023, totaling €3.6m has resulted in NODWIN acquiring additional shares in Freaks 4U Gaming. With a contribution of €4.4m, NODWIN's total investment in Freaks 4U Gaming now reaches €8m, securing a 13.51% stake in the company. Akshat Rathee, co-founder of NODWIN Gaming, stated “Our collaborative journey with Freaks is growing stronger, especially in the realms of PC and mobile gaming.
