Sentinels has officially announced its entry into the Marvel Rivals esports scene.
“It’s time for the Sentinels era. We’re officially announcing our participation in Marvel Rivals esports,” Sentinels tweeted. Rob Moore, CEO of Sentinels, and Michael “shroud” Grzesiek had previously shared that they were in talks to form a Marvel Rivals team. During the final day of his charity stream, shroud even urged teams and players to get in touch if they were interested in joining.
“To any esports team that has reached out to us in the past week because I know you guys have been hearing talks about an org, at this point, it is happening,” said shroud. “Send emails, send messages, whatever you got. We will respond. Let’s try to make this thing happen. Let’s start up a Marvel Rivals team.”

One of Sentinels' early teasers hinted that a big reveal was near, with the message: “Marveling at how many rivals we’ve got.”
Earlier this week, the organization fueled even more speculation by posting a collage that included Captain America’s shield, Iron Man’s Arc Reactor, and Spider-Man’s suit—all branded with the Sentinels logo.
While Sentinels has yet to announce the official roster, an announcement is expected in the coming weeks. It also remains unclear if shroud’s involvement with the team will go through, following his desire to have an active role in the squad.
