Alpaka Games has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round led by Ludus Ventures, with additional backing from A16Z Speedrun and Revo Capital, according to a report from Mobidictum. The funding will support the Türkiye-based studio’s efforts to scale production, expand its games portfolio, and grow its marketing team.

Founded in 2024 by Can Askoy, Levent Alp, and Özgün Levent Kaya, Alpaka Games is quickly making waves in the global mobile gaming scene. The company was recently selected to join the 2025 cohort of the A16Z Speedrun accelerator program in San Francisco, which provides early-stage game studios with capital, mentorship, and industry connections.

"As a mobile game studio that emerged from Türkiye and is just starting out, we are proud to partner with the most prestigious funds in the industry," said Can Askoy, co-founder and CEO of Alpaka Games. "The acceleration program we attended in San Francisco allowed us to establish even closer ties with the global game ecosystem and gave us great momentum on our journey to becoming an internationally successful company."

With strong backing and access to global mentorship networks, Alpaka Games is positioning itself to become a rising force in the international mobile gaming industry.
