Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) has entered into a multi-year partnership with global hospitality leader Hilton. The collaboration aims to redefine the player and guest experience during the Esports World Cup 2025, which will take place in Riyadh from July 8 to August 24.
As part of the agreement, Hilton will serve as the official accommodation provider for all tournament participants, delivering premium lodging, training-ready workspaces, and personalized services designed to optimize player performance and comfort throughout the competition.
“Partnering with Hilton allows us to offer a tournament experience that meets the highest global standards, not just in competition, but in how we treat our players,” said Mohammed Al Nimer, Chief Commercial Officer at EWCF. “From performance-ready environments and premium accommodations to tailored services that support rest, focus, and training, we’re delivering an elite athlete setup on par with the world’s top sporting events. Hilton’s operational excellence helps ensure our players can perform at their peak throughout the tournament.”
Beyond accommodation, Hilton properties in Riyadh will take on a more immersive role in the event. Select hotels will showcase Esports World Cup-themed designs, including custom façades, digital signage, co-branded activations, and in-lobby content aimed at enhancing the experience for both fans and guests.
