OTK Media revealed a Hardcore Mak’Gora Tournament. The character creation will begin on October 6th, and finals will take place on October 31st.

OTK Media stated "Hardcore games and gameplay are by no means a new phenomenon, especially in World of Warcraft. For many years, there has been a thriving Hardcore Community playing on WoW Classic Servers. However, with the launch of the Official Hardcore Servers, this mode has taken the world by storm…and Blizzard added something special when they implemented it: the Mak'Gora! A Mak'Gora is the ability to duel another player to the death on the Hardcore realms, and the losing player is unable to resurrect. They are gone forever, only to be remembered."
