KOI esports and Infinite Reality announced the ending of their partnership. KOI will keep its VALORANT Champions Tour EMEA League team, FIFAe division and League of Legends LVP Superliga team. ReKTGlobal will keep the CDL franchise and the LEC slot according to the deal. KOI Co-Founder, Ibai Llanos, stated “It has been my dream to bring KOI to the LEC but now it is time to reset the focus for the organisation and to continue the exciting journey together with our fans.”

According to recent reports, Ibai Llanos will focus his attention to a new project. The organization was created by Ibai Llanos and Gerard Pique in 2021.
