Epic Foundation has launched #EsportsForGood, aiming to gather support from the esports industry. The initiative encourages companies, players, and communities to donate a portion of their earnings to charitable causes. Participating organizations are asked to commit either 1% of their annual revenues or a feasible annual contribution.

Jason Mousset, Epic Foundation’s Business Development Manager for France stated “Video game players are a young community — [young] people are the ones that drive the economy of this sector, and they are very cautious about social and economic issues today. They want the video game companies that they are going to have a strong connection with to have a good connection to society."
