You deserve better, and we have always strived to be better. This past season, we failed to deliver on our promise to put you, the community, first. Ultimately the reason for late payments boils down to late or unpaid accounts receivable, alongside missing revenue goals which put us behind on our accounts payable. I know you want a set date for all payments - because we have to wait for some of our accounts receivable to come in, I can't hard commit to a date. This is because I don't want to unintentionally mislead you in case there are any unexpected delays. What I can commit to is paying out as soon as possible once those payments are received. Unified is taking every action possible to right these wrongs. While payments are being resolved slowly, we are doing everything we can to resolve all outstanding payments as soon as possible.
