Team SoloMid, commonly known as TSM, is a leading esports organization founded in September 2009 by Andy "Reginald" Dinh in the United States. TSM competes across various games including Apex Legends, Dota 2, Fortnite, Rocket League, Super Smash Bros., Valorant, and Counter-Strike 2. Initially focused on League of Legends, TSM's team achieved significant success, winning seven out of sixteen splits in North America's League of Legends Championship Series (LCS).
The name "SoloMid" originates from a strategy in League of Legends where a single player (solo) would attack the middle lane (mid).
TSM's roots can be traced back to 2009 when Andy "Reginald" Dinh and his brother Dan Dinh started a blog, SoloMid.net, during their college years, providing guides for League of Legends. The blog's community evolved into the original TSM team, which included players like SaintVicious, Chaox, TheOddOne, Locodoco, and Reginald.
