1SP has acquired Renaissance PR, a UK-based PR firm, as part of its strategy to establish a comprehensive agency covering the technology and gaming industries. The financial details of the deal were not revealed by parties. Renaissance PR, led by former Ubisoft PR veteran Stefano Petrullo, has represented numerous notable clients including Curve Games, Futurlab, and Tencent, among others. Petrullo stated "The industry will survive and continue to grow, despite all that has happened recently. It is clear there is money in the industry and capital is getting invested, but in a more curated way. And gamers want new great titles all the time."
