The postponed ALGS North American Regional Final has been officially announced, though it was initially kept under wraps to avoid disrupting players. However, both StarGamers and OpTic fell short of the Split One Playoff qualification threshold.

However, on March 25th, it was noticed that none of the NAs Apex Legends players were streaming. Instead, everyone was listed on the Apex Legends website as participating in a custom lobby.

The finals were disrupted by remote hackers. Players noticed that they were having cheats turned off and on constantly, which was reported immediately. Respawn Entertainment released a statement and revealed that there was an investigation going on regarding cheat injections.
