UK-based tournament organizer EPIC.LAN has extended its partnership with the University of Northampton by providing its in-house esports tournament platform to the university. As part of this collaboration, students will use the platform as an educational resource to gain practical experience in esports tournament operations. Jon Winkle, Managing Director of EPIC.LAN, stated “Our events already provide a fantastic practical experience to students at the University of Northampton, complemented by guest lectures from a range of team members in topics such as streaming, casting and event management."
