Blizzard Entertainment has appointed Johanna Faries as its new president, effective February 5, succeeding Mike Ybarra. Faries, who initially joined Activision Blizzard in 2018 as commissioner of Call of Duty esports. She previously worked at the NFL, where she was vice president of club business development. Johanna Faries stated " I want to let you know immediately that it is an honor to join you next week in this new capacity.
