Riot Games revealed that League of Legends Japan League (LJL) will be integrated into the Pacific Championship Series (PCS). The integration will start with the 2024 season, top three teams from LJL’s regular season will join the PCS Playoffs. Riot Games claimed that the company aims to improve its competitiveness in the APAC region. Currently PCS has 10 teams from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia regions.
