Tundra Esports' offlaner, Ivan "MinD_ContRoL" Ivanov, was abruptly removed from the team. Subsequently, MinD_ContRoL made an appearance on Janne "Gorgc" Stefanovski's livestream to shed light on the circumstances surrounding his departure from the team. According to him, the organization's CEO, Anthony Graham, proceeded to appoint David "MoonMeander" Tan Boon Yang as the coach, a decision MinD_ContRoL was initially opposed to. However, he stated he continued to express dissatisfaction with Ludwig "zai" Wåhlberg's recent appointment as the general manager.
Following these decisons, MinD_ContRoL presented the organization with an ultimatum: to choose between him and other members of the team. He stated "Yeah, started working with Moon and yeah it's good but I don't like it so two things that I don't like already and the third thing is now it's zai. It's the same with zai. I said I don't want to work with zai. I don't know what this player-manager role even does and I don't like it at all. What the f**is that role? I don't like it and yeah I don't like three things already and what's what's next? There's going to be more things that I don't like. So, basically, I have no voice or power in the team as a leader at all. It’s being taken over by Moon, zai and Pure so yeah I hate that. I hate that and I can't let them abuse me anymore. It's too much abuse so I told Anthony the CEO of Tundra you have to choose - it's going to be zai or me - choose."
Tundra Esports responded to these allegations with the following tweet,
