Nazara Technologies has acquired a 15.86% stake in STAN, an Indian esports community platform, for INR 18.4 crore (US$2.2 million). The acquisition, executed through Nazara’s subsidiary Nazara Dubai FZ, is part of the company's strategy to expand its presence in the global esports market.
According to release STAN aligns with Nazara’s goal to integrate community-driven platforms as it seeks international growth.
