Mobile game developer Nice Plans Studio has raised $3 million in a recent funding round led by Pixeldog, marking a significant milestone in the studio’s growth. Of the total amount, $600,000 was contributed by the company’s own founders, demonstrating strong internal commitment to its future vision.
The funding will primarily be used to advance development of Ricochet Squad, the studio’s flagship 3v3 multiplayer shooter. Additionally, the investment will support efforts to broaden the studio’s unique gameplay framework as it eyes future titles.

“Our mission is to evolve mobile multiplayer through games built on shared foundations: physics-driven combat, reimagined controls, meaningful teamplay, and system designed for long-term engagement,” said Roman Malakhov, co-founder and CEO of Nice Plans Studio.
Co-founded by Malakhov and game director Dmitry Koblyk, the studio currently employs 21 people. As part of its growth strategy, Nice Plans is now preparing for a Series A funding round aimed at scaling Ricochet Squad and accelerating the development of a broader portfolio.
