Astralis extended the contract of Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz until 2026. Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz joined the organization in 2016 later he joined NiP for a short while and came back to Astralis in 2022. The financial details of the deal were not revealed.
Nicolai "dev1ce" Reedtz stated "I've said it before, but Astralis is my team, and I will do everything to get us back to where I feel we belong. There's a lot going on in the CS world right now, but for me it's about us thinking long-term and continuing what we've started. That is why I am extra happy about the extension, which shows how much both parties really want this. I'm really happy to be here and truly enjoy being part of it all. You feel a a new optimism all around the organization, and although we still have a long way to go, I am completely calm about our future prospects and the possibilities of achieving our goals. We don't set dates and number of titles, but Astralis must be where it is the most fun to play, and that is on top. I am positive we will get there, says "dev1ce"."
