Work-for-hire animation and character art studio Rekindled has raised £225,000 in a funding round led by a group of angel investors.
Among the investors are Oliver Jenkinson and Edo Salvesen, co-founders of Finstock Capital; Steve Tinkler and Felix Wong, co-founders of Lvl Up Partners; and Steve Bennett, co-founder of The Multiplayer Group.

“We’re incredibly grateful to have investors who believe in our vision for Rekindled and in our ability to deliver,” said CEO and lead animator Rob Moody. “This funding allows us to grow strategically while maintaining the high standards of animation and character art our clients expect. With their support, we’re excited to push our creative boundaries and take on even more exciting projects.”
Founded in 2022 by Moody and Siobhan Maracle (CTO and lead technical animator), Rekindled later welcomed Yogi Patel (CFO and lead character artist) as a third partner.
