Steam revealed changes to its regional pricing policies. From November 20 onwards, Steam will transition to USD as the primary currency for users in Turkey and Argentina, replacing the lira and pesos. On that date, any remaining balances in Steam wallets for users in Turkey and Argentina will be converted to USD based on the prevailing exchange rate. Furthermore, Steam will introduce new regionalized pricing in USD for 25 additional countries in the LATAM and MENA regions, including to Panama, Guatemala, Bolivia, Venezuela, Egypt, Iraq, Algeria, Palestine, and Morocco. This initiative aims to streamline the gaming experience and transactions for users in these regions.
