Esports organization Team Vitality has launched RushBee, a new marketing agency focused on helping brands connect with Gen Z and Gen Alpha through gaming, entertainment, and digital culture.
The agency will offer services across brand strategy, creative development, media planning, and experiential marketing. Its goal is to produce campaigns that are culturally relevant and platform-native, particularly for audiences active on Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube.
RushBee builds on Team Vitality’s experience in esports, content creation, and community building, but is positioned to work beyond the gaming sector. It will provide strategic consulting and campaign execution for brands looking to reach younger demographics through immersive and social-first experiences.

The agency is led by François-Xavier Roux, a former executive at M6 Music, Paramount Media Networks, and Endemol.
“Through RushBee, we want to channel the expertise we've developed in esports to service more traditional brands,” said Roux. “The high expectations of gaming and esports communities have pushed us to move faster, think sharper, and execute with greater precision than traditional agencies, especially when it comes to creativity and data.”
RushBee’s launch comes as brands increasingly seek to engage younger consumers through emerging digital platforms and gaming-adjacent culture.
