Vas Roberts, former Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Misfits Gaming Group, has joined French esports organization Team Vitality as co-CEO. He made the announcement on LinkedIn, revealing that he will now work alongside the co-founders of Team Vitality, Nicolas Maurer and Fabien Devide.
With nearly three decades of experience in marketing, sales, and partnerships, Roberts brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. His career includes serving as Sales Director for Heaven Media before joining FACEIT in late 2015. After spending five years with the esports tournament organizer, Roberts transitioned to Misfits Gaming Group in 2020. He held several executive positions focused on partnerships and was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer in January 2024.

Founded in 2016, Misfits Gaming initially gained recognition for competing in the League of Legends European Championship (LEC), the Overwatch League (Florida Mayhem), and the Call of Duty League (Florida Mutineers). The organization, however, shifted its focus toward gaming, media, and culture, selling its LEC franchise slot at the end of 2022 and rebranding in 2023.
