Ubisoft revealed the release date for XDefiant during the recent Ubisoft Forward event, the game will launch in the coming summer. Additionally, they announced an open beta between June 21 to June 23, the beta will be accessible on PS5, Xbox, and PC platforms. The Year 1 roadmap includes 14 maps, 5 factions, and 24 maps in total. Furthermore, the Year 1 content schedule will introduce 4 new factions, 12 new weapons, and additional maps.
