FACEIT revealed a new Rocket League event called Rocket League OFFSEASON OPEN. The event will be limited to EU region. The event prize pool will be €10k. The qualifiers will begin on October 20th.

FACEIT stated "Hey Rocket League fans, we’ve got a little something to share with the European community. Over the years, we have organised free daily cups where players can earn FACEIT Points to exchange for Steam giftcards and other prizes. While these have created consistent competition, we want to test the waters with a bigger Rocket League competition!"

FACEIT announced the Tournament schedule as well,

October 20th: Dive into the fray with the Open qualifier. Work your way to the top 16! Every match counts in the double elimination bracket. October 21st: The previous 16 battle in the closed qualifier with the top 8 progressing to the final day in a five-round Swiss tournament. October 22nd: The final showdown. A Single Elimination bracket where the champion will be crowned and the prize money awarded.
