Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick is set to depart from the company on December 29. Following his departure, Microsoft Gaming's executive Matt Booty, will lead Activision Blizzard executives, including Blizzard Entertainment president Mike Ybarra, Activision Publishing president Rob Kostic, and Activision Blizzard vice chairman Thomas Tippl.

Apart from Kotick, Blizzard Entertainment and King vice chairman Humam Sakhnini will also exit the company by the end of December. Additionally, Activision Blizzard chief communications officer Lulu Meservey is will leave in January.
