According to information uncovered in court documents following Microsoft's legal dispute with the FTC, there are reports suggesting that Microsoft is preparing to launch updated iterations of its Xbox Series consoles in 2024.

The upgraded version of the Xbox Series X, which is the higher-end model, is expected to feature a distinctive cylindrical design. Notably, unlike its predecessor, this new iteration will omit the inclusion of a disc drive.
