A Tough Season Leads to Changes
In a video posted on social media, APA shared that the team’s sixth-place finish in Split 3 of the LTA North 2025 season played a big role in the decision. After a season filled with ups and downs, Team Liquid decided it was time to make roster changes before the 2026 LCS season begins.
The 2025 season was challenging for Team Liquid. The team placed fourth in both Split 1 and Split 2, which meant they missed out on qualifying for both the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI) and the World Championship.
On social media, Team Liquid thanked APA for his hard work and growth during his time with the team, writing: “Thank you for three amazing years together. Your growth as a person and player has been incredible to watch. Our Finals MVP, our LCS and LTA champion, our First Team All-Pro Midlaner, and our friend.”
