Team Liquid has expanded its merchandise lineup with the launch of an official gaming chair created in collaboration with Blacklyte. The new product, called the Athena Pro Team Liquid Edition, is now available for purchase and marks the latest step in the partnership between the esports organisation and the gaming furniture brand.

Priced at $619, the chair is designed with competitive play in mind, focusing on long-term comfort and ergonomic support. Blacklyte, which partnered with Team Liquid earlier this year, is known for producing esports-focused seating solutions built to withstand extended practice and tournament sessions.

The Athena Pro Team Liquid Edition includes an adjustable lumbar support system and a reinforced seat base, offering stability and posture support during hours of gameplay. The chair is upholstered in Nexgen Eco Leatherette and prominently features Team Liquid’s emblem on the backrest through sculpted 3D embroidery. Additional branding can be found on the head pillow and the top section of the chair.

Fans can choose between two colour options. The chair is available in Team Liquid’s signature black and blue colourway, as well as a white version accented with softer pastel details.

Blacklyte has become increasingly active within the esports industry through multiple collaborations. In addition to Team Liquid, the company has released special edition chairs for organisations such as Team Spirit and Toronto Ultra. Blacklyte has also partnered with major esports events, including Counter-Strike 2 BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024.
