Esports giant Team Liquid has officially re-entered the competitive Apex Legends scene in a major partnership with gaming peripheral brand Alienware. This marks the organization's return to the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) after a brief hiatus, and the announcement is making waves across the community.
Team Liquid's new roster will be led by ZZ’s former roster, a talented trio that made waves in the 2025 Split 2 Pro League Americas by securing a runner-up finish out of 30 top-tier teams. The roster will now compete under Team Liquid’s banner in the upcoming 2026 ALGS Championship.
The three players who will be representing Team Liquid at the ALGS are:
Rhys "Zer0" Perry
Nochilas "Sikezz" Odom
Nicholas "Fuhhnq" Wall
Alongside them, Winnie 'tiltedwinnie' Long will be joining the squad as their coach, bringing with him valuable experience from his previous roles at top-tier organizations like NRG. With the new roster, Team Liquid is looking to make a serious impact on the global Apex Legends scene.
For Zer0, this partnership is a dream come true. Having previously played with Team Falcons, where he achieved notable successes including winning the 2025 Split 1 Pro League in the Americas and finishing third in the Year 4 Championship, Zer0 is eager to add new accomplishments to his resume with Team Liquid.
“I’m beyond excited to join Team Liquid,” Zer0 said in an online statement. “It feels like I’m coming full circle, finally joining the organization I grew up watching. I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together—Team Liquid Apex is going to win big this year.”
