1SP Agency, a global marketing firm focused on gaming and tech, has acquired MeetToMatch, the leading B2B matchmaking platform for games industry events.
The deal, revealed on January 22, 2026, has no public price tag. The move strengthens 1SP's services in event technology and smart networking.
MeetToMatch, founded over 10 years ago, powers matchmaking at more than 60 games events each year. Popular shows like Pocket Gamer Connects and Develop: Brighton rely on it to help attendees set up meetings and build business connections fast.
Torsten Oppermann, Managing Director of 1SP Agency, explained the big picture:"Our ambition is to support game companies across the entire marketing mix - from brand building and demand generation to sales activation and live experiences. With MeetToMatch, we now add a powerful matchmaking and event technology layer that significantly enhances how professionals connect, do business, and create value at trade shows worldwide. Together, we offer truly integrated, end-to-end marketing and business development and deal-making services from a single source."MeetToMatch co-founder
Fedor van Herpen shared his view on the future:"Partnering with 1SP Agency allows MeetToMatch to scale faster, expand globally, and unlock new opportunities beyond the core games industry. For event organisers, this means greater reach, deeper connections, and increased business impact. With strong backing for continued platform development, the partnership ensures a robust, future-proof solution designed to foster meaningful business relationships. Together, we now have the financial means and development power and are building a true Swiss Army knife for doing business across the games and digital entertainment industries, and we are looking forward to announcing the next phase of the MeetToMatch platform soon."
