Austrian Force to Join Prime League

German organization GamerLegion disbanded its League of Legends roster. The organization was fielding a roster in Prime League since 2018. According to reports Austrian Force will replace the organization in the Prime League.

Prime League officials stated "Behind the change is GamerLegion's decision to give up the Div 1 spot it fought for in the 2023 relegation in order to place a stronger focus on international competitions. We say goodbye to the organization, which was a founding member of the Strauss Prime League, and thank you for its four-year commitment to the highest DACH league."

Austrian Force will replace GamerLegion and this will be the second time an Austrian roster will compete in Prime League. The vacant place in the second division of the Strauss Prime League will be taken over by Direct Rising eSports ,
