GameSquare Will Acquire FaZe Clan

GameSquare announced the acquisition of FaZe Clan. The acquisition will be an all-stock transaction. The company aims to finalize the deal in Q4 2023. Currently, both companies are traded on NASDAQ. Recently FaZe Clan was warned by NASDAQ due to low stock price. Afterward CEO Lee Trink was removed from his position.
