Esports organization Supernova has officially announced its full lineup for the upcoming Marvel Rivals Championships Season 2: Hellfire Gala, one of the most significant tournaments in the title’s competitive scene to date.
With a $14,500 (~£11,400) prize pool on the line and qualification to the Marvel Rivals Ignite Stage 2 up for grabs, the newly formed squad is set to compete in tonight’s qualifier. “Say hello to our Marvel Rivals squad heading into the MRC Qualifier tonight!” the team shared in a social media post.
Supernova entered the Marvel Rivals esports scene earlier this year on March 29, and has since taken part in various competitions including the Vodafone Community Marvel Rivals events, TELUS Arena 2025, and The Chronovium Cup. However, the Hellfire Gala Championship and possible progression into Ignite represent the organization’s biggest opportunity yet in the game’s competitive circuit.
In the lead-up to the championship, Supernova has seen a number of changes to its roster. In early June, former player ‘ZeroLife’ transitioned into a coaching role with L9, while ‘Eviolites’ took on a management position at Astronic Esports. In their place, new talent has been brought on board, including ‘TheThunderGod’, ‘shayh’, and ‘boomed’, who all joined the team on June 6, 2025. Additionally, veteran player ‘Marsism’ has shifted from an active role to a substitute position.
Here is Supernova’s updated roster for the Season 2 Championship:
‘KaiZ3N’ – Duelist
‘MudkipBoiii’ – Vanguard
‘n0tLexa’ – Strategist
‘Eliraf’ – Duelist
‘shayh’ – Strategist
‘TheThunderGod’ – Vanguard
‘marsism’ – Strategist (Substitute)
‘boomed’ – Coach
‘C0nnor’ – Manager
‘Remy’ – Manager
