Esports Awards hosted the first-ever Decade Awards on August 24, 2025, honoring ten years of esports excellence. With nearly 9.8 million fan votes cast, the Decade Awards served as a powerful retrospective on esports' explosive global growth—and reflected just how dominant certain figures and franchises have been since 2015.

Riot Games and League of Legends Dominate the Decade

The night saw League of Legends and its affiliated personalities sweep the spotlight. Six of the 14 categories—over 40%—went to Riot Games-related winners, underlining the game’s unmatched cultural and competitive impact.
