Aonic Acquires NDreams

Aonic Group has successfully concluded its acquisition of nDreams VR game developer and publisher, in a transaction valued at approximately $110 million. The group had previously invested $35m in nDreams in March 2022, obtaining a minority stake in the company.

nDreams, boasting a team of 250 individuals, is a studio renowned for its contributions to the VR space, with hit titles such as the Synapse, nominated at The Game Awards 2023, Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord, PowerWash Simulator VR, Little Cities, and more. In December 2022, the company expanded its portfolio by acquiring the VR/AR studio Near Light.
