CS.MONEY has introduced a new sponsorship initiative to aid smaller teams participating in the Counter-Strike Majors. Commencing from the PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024, the company will provide a sum of $20k to a single team, with the potential for it to increase to $40k should the team advance to the playoff stage.
The company stated that they will be looking to support a truly underdog team with this initiative. The company stated that there will be a selection process for the sponsorship. PGL CS2 Major Copenhagen 2024 will kick off on March 17th with $1.25m prize pool.
