Galvanic Games, the Seattle-based developer, has ceased operations. Patrick Morgan, the company's president and founder, announced the closure via social media, citing insufficient sales from their recent project, Wizard with a Gun, as the primary reason for shutting down.
Founded in 2015, Galvanic Games made its debut in the gaming industry with Gurgamoth in 2016, followed by The Rust Belt, Rapture Rejects, and Some Distant Memory. The studio collaborated with Devolver Digital for the release of Wizard with a Gun in 2023.

The dedication, creativity, and hard work of every person on our team have been nothing short of extraordinary."
